This role blends clinical operations, staff development, education support, and leadership collaboration aimed at strengthening the Women & Infant Services team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & New Hire Support: guide new team members through orientation at two facilities.
• Education & Training Collaboration: assist with education initiatives and align training timelines.
• Leadership & Team Member Support: check-ins with staff and rotation call coverage as needed.
• Perinatal Data & Quality Support: assist with data collection, tracking and CPCQC initiatives.
• Support clinical staff to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
