Banner Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse – Operations Support Specialist to float between Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, with a primary base at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. This role blends clinical operations, staff development, education support, and leadership collaboration to strengthen our Women & Infant Services team.

You will facilitate new hire onboarding, support the education team, coordinate quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associates degree in nursing; BLS certification required.
• RN license in practice state; may require compacts per location guidance.
• Experience with onboarding, education, and leading teams is preferred.

Responsibilities
