Job summary

The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as every other weekend supervisor, delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

You will coordinate resident care, supervise nursing and CNA staff, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and drive process improvements to enhance outcomes. This on-site role is based in Rocky Mount, NC.

Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience mandatory.
• Experience leading a team and producing results a must.
