Job Description

The RN Weekend Supervisor provides direct supervision to the weekend staff members on duty at the facility. Provides guidance and leadership for RN work activities on the weekend in the absence of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a nurse. Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.
• Friendly, approachable, and possess the ability to address any and all performance concerns as observed.
• Observing and reviewing nurse practice to provide optimum care for the residents at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
