Your Role as RN Weekend Supervisor

• Oversee weekend clinical operations and guide staff with confidence

• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care

• Communicate with families and support care planning

• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations

• Elevate team performance with strong leadership and presence

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Every other weekend required

• Shift flexibility: Choose 8- to 12-hour schedules to fit your life
