Job summary

Vivo Healthcare Lakeland is hiring a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility on a full-time or part-time basis. The RN will supervise weekend shifts, oversee nursing staff, and ensure residents receive their medications and support with ADLs.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, has long-term care experience, and can lift and move residents as needed, while following all policies and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Job Description: Vivo Healthcare Lakeland is looking to hire full-time/Part Time, Registered Nurses (RN) Weekend Supervisor to work at our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities of the (RN) Registered Nurse

• As an RN, you will be responsible for providing residents assistance with ADLs and in the administration of their medications while overseeing staff.
• Adhering to instructions of Nurse Management, you will perform your duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, while providing resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
• This is a hands on position requiring occasional participation in assisting residents with ADLs to ensure their safety and comfort needs are met.

Requirements of the (RN) Registered Nurse

• Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.
• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or practical nursing program.
• Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
