Job summary

Bolivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bolivia, NC is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing units on weekends (Friday–Sunday, 7am–7pm). The role may include on-call rotation to ensure continuous quality care.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure medication administration and documentation, and coordinate care per residents' needs. A current State RN license and LTC/SNF supervision experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current State RN License.
• Nurse Supervisor Experience required.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing units to ensure quality care per policies.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Schedule residents' activities and care plans.

Responsibilities Include

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
