Job Overview

Henrico Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Highland Springs. Responsibilities

1. Oversee the nursing department in the DON's absence.
2. Review staffing at shift change and assign staff accordingly.
3. Complete patient care rounds.
4. Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with proper documentation.
5. Assist in orientation of evening and night shift staff.
6. Supervise and evaluate evening and night shift employees.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including in an acute setting.
