Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff on weekend shifts under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with regulations.

The role emphasizes supervising care planning, rounds, admissions assessments, and direct patient care as needed, with growth opportunities within a supportive organization. Florida background screening is required as part of compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Peripheral IV certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate

RN Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals.
