Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed RN Weekend Supervisor to lead resident care and supervise nursing staff. This role focuses on ensuring quality care during weekend 12-hour day shifts and coordinating with leadership for smooth operations.

The position emphasizes leadership, clinical oversight, and collaboration with consultants to drive improvements and effective documentation. Missouri RN licensure is required, with weekend availability prioritized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with current RN license in Missouri.
• Leadership ability with willingness to supervise diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care per facility policies.
• Administer medications and professional nursing services.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, coordinating logistics.
• Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality care.
• Investigate complaints and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with consultants and implement improvements.
• Provide nursing reports at shift changes.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status daily.
