Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Applicant must have an unrestricted Registered Nurse license.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN Weekend Supervisor will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for our residents.

The RN Weekend Supervisor will:

1. Oversee clinical operations of the unit and staff
2. Supervise nurses and CNAs, and interface with physicians
3. Provide QI reporting, follow-up, and clinical support to staff
4. Care for clinically acute patients and residents

Requirements:

• Current RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
• 1-3 years of RN experience, preferably in long-term care
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to long-term care
• Management experience is preferred
