Job summary

Courtland Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing units and ensure high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting. The supervisor will manage medication administration, documentation, and scheduling in line with nursing management policies.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license and have prior Nurse Supervisor experience in LTC/SNF environments, demonstrating strong leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities Include:

RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
