Amelia Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Amelia Court House, VA is seeking an experienced RN to supervise weekend nursing operations. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing units, ensure quality care within policy, manage medication administration, and supervise staff on weekend shifts to maintain resident safety.

Qualified candidates hold a current State RN License and have LTC/SNF experience. Leadership skills, documentation discipline, and commitment to resident well-being are

RN Supervisor: Weekends

Responsibilities Include:

RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
