The role requires an active RN license in North Carolina, nurse supervision experience, and LTC/SNF background. Weekend shifts Friday–Sunday with on-call rotation and supportive leadership are offered.

Responsibilities Include:

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
