Job summary

Bolivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bolivia, NC is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing units on weekends with 7am–7pm shifts, every weekend or every other weekend. The role may include on-call rotation.

The RN Supervisor will oversee care, ensure policy adherence, manage medication administration and documentation, and coordinate resident schedules under nursing management guidance.

Qualifications

• Current State RN License.
• Nurse Supervisor Experience.
• LTC/SNF experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing units and ensure quality care within policies defined by nursing management.
• Medication administration, documentation, and oversight of residents' care.
• Implement schedules per resident needs and coordinate with supervisory staff.

Responsibilities Include:

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
