Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Spa Creek is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing activities on weekends and ensure exceptional resident care. You will supervise staff, maintain compliance, and partner with the Director of Nursing to uphold our care standards.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN Weekend Supervisor:

Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term facility.

• Previous Experience as a RN Weekend Supervisorpreferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
