Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Spa Creek is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing activities and support the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in a compliant, patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes supervision of weekend staff and maintaining high care standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN, graduate of an approved program, and capable of independent decision‑making. The team environment highlights compassionate leadership and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Willingness to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term facility.
• Supervise RN weekend staff and ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing the facility.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN Weekend Supervisor:

Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term facility.

• Previous Experience as a RN Weekend Supervisor preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
