Weekend Start of Care - Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform Start of Care Assessments in home settings throughout Cecil County. Home health experience is required for this role.

RN Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Make home visits in designated areas.
• Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately.
• Perform assessments and coordinate case management.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
