Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessments, care plan development, and collaboration with the healthcare team. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with at least 1 year in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.

Responsabilités
