Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence (Ft. Worth) seeks a registered nurse to join our team for weekend coverage, including double weekends.

The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise CNAs/LPNs, and adjust care plans based on patient condition in alignment with Life Care standards. Requirements include a nursing diploma, active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and ideally 1 year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and supervise CNAs/LPNs within an interdisciplinary team.
• Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and revise care plans accordingly.
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws.
• Maintain excellent patient service and communication with patients, families, and staff.
