University Park Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver quality nursing care, assess and revise care plans, and supervise CNAs and LPNs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

The role offers full-time, days and nights shifts with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a 5-star CMS rating recognition. CPR and active RN license required, nursing diploma, and preferred 1 year of skilled nursing experience.

Formación

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Communicate and function effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
