Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document per policies/regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in line with nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders; implement patient care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff.
