Job summary

Riddle Village Retirement Community is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nursing team as part of a new Weekend Premium Rate Program. Part-time weekend work with a 25% premium on the regular rate offers 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania and enjoy a supportive, resident-centered work environment focused on elderly care.

About The Charge Nurse/RN Position

The primary purpose of the Charge Nurse/RN position is to assist in and supervise our residents' day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) in the healthcare center. Such assistance and supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent supervisory and customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
