Job summary

Riddle Village Retirement Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team and support residents in a continuing-care setting. This role emphasizes weekend work with a premium rate and a 12-hour shift schedule to support flexibility and balance.

New Weekend Premium Rate Program offers starting rates of $21.64–$22.61 per hour, with a 25% increase for all weekend shifts. Part-time positions available every weekend, with shifts from 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active CNA license in Pennsylvania.
• Friendly, sociable, and able to provide compassionate elder care.

About The CNA Position

The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide direct resident care (physical, emotional, and social) to residents of the healthcare building. This is essential in ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well cared for. As such, aides are recognized as a key component of the Riddle Village team. If you are friendly, sociable, love the elderly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the job for you! Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
