Heritage Park in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse to provide compassionate geriatric care on a Saturday-Sunday night shift from 6 pm to 6 am. This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships, assessing residents, and documenting changes accurately.

You will collaborate with the care team to promote physical and psychosocial well-being, adhere to CARE values, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment at American Senior Communities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.

Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at Heritage Park

Saturday and Sunday 6p - 6a

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
