Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will be accountable for nursing duties, coordinating care with other departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality throughout your shift.

The role requires graduation from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and an active RN license in Missouri or a compact state, with BLS certification. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required as operations evolve.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Missouri or compact state (current).
• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• One or more unit-specific certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, C-EFM).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
