Job summary

The Village at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care and supervise CNAs. This role includes medication administration, wound care, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs.

Weekend differential of $3.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for full-time positions are offered, with both full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Education: A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and resident care associates.
• Follow the nursing model to promote holistic care for residents.
• Prepare and administer medications per physician orders.
• Perform wound treatments per physician orders and document.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs.
• Initiate, review and update care plans as required.
• Report incidents to leadership and ensure compliance with policies.
