This position involves working a 10-hour shift every Saturday and Sunday and is eligible for a $25,000 Weekend Bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience in an acute care setting; prior home care experience preferred
• Travel within MGB Home Care’s geographic area required
• Proficiency with computer software; knowledge of handheld patient care devices preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work with diverse populations
• Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, and electronically
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Organizational and prioritization skills; adaptability to changing situations
