BAYADA Home Health Care in Philadelphia area is seeking Registered Nurses to care for a 72-year-old client with a trach in 19130. You will train for high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home with 1:1 ratios, with no prior trach experience required.

Shifts are available on weekends with minimum 16 hours between Friday 11pm and Monday 7am; pay is $60/hr plus the Weekend BAYLOR bonus. BAYADA supports ongoing training, benefits, and round-the-clock clinical support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in a home setting with high acuity.
• Deliver hospital-level care in the client’s home environment.

Pay for this specific case equates to $60/hr with the Weekend BAYLOR Program bonus.

BAYLOR Details discussed during interview. Work 16 hours minimum in between the hours of 11pm Friday and 7am Monday.

• Sunday 7a - 7p
• Sunday 7p – 7a

RN Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
