Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, apply the nursing process, and lead by example to maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s preferred, and has 1 year of acute care experience; 2-5 years’ RN experience is desirable.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Associates Degree in Nursing

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required Experience:

• 1 year of acute care experience required

Preferred Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience as RN

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Current license to practice as an RN in Florida
• Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area.

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
• Care provided displays respect for the patient’s rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs.
• Be adaptable, using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.
