Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an Onsite Quality Support Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity inpatient setting. You will round on units, collaborate with teams, and reinforce safety and quality at the bedside.

Requirements: nursing degree, RN licensure, BLS, and at least 6 months of nursing experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will apply evidence-based practice, precept new staff, and address safety gaps such as falls, CAUTI, CLABSI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Round on inpatient units and provide direct patient care.
