Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Vaccination Registered Nurse for the 2026 Vaccination Initiative in Ohio. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to support community immunization efforts across multiple locations.

The RN will immunize patients for influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines in a retail healthcare setting, maintaining documentation and providing excellent patient care with PPE supplied.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, including immunizations.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.

Assignment Dates

Expected start dates as early as 1- 2 weeks from offer (timing varies by location) through approximately 12/01/2026, with the possibility of extending through the end of the year or returning the following year.

Schedule

PRN/Flexible Scheduling Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday through Sunday, between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. No exceptions. This means working 3 full shifts or 2.5 shifts Candidates create their own schedule by selecting the days they are available each week within the required schedule parameters. Shift hours are 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, including immunizations
• Previous vaccination experience preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Education

• Active RN license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
• Minimum one year of related nursing experience including immunizations and quality patient care
