Kaiser Permanente in Bellevue, Washington, is seeking a Supervisor for the Urgent Care department. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and representing the department on various committees. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing, a current Washington State RN license, and at least two years of supervisory experience in an acute or urgent care setting.
The position also requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a preference for applicants holding a Master's degree.
Under the direction of the Urgent Care Manager, supervise assigned staff, including prioritizing outcomes, recruiting, hiring, orienting, leading, managing, evaluating, training, developing, disciplining, and terminating if necessary. Assist manager with personnel issues as assigned. Act on behalf of the manager on assigned committees and participate as the UC representative at specified standing meetings. Coordinate and collaborate as assigned with primary care, specialty care, and ancillary services. Oversees facility and supply issues in the Urgent Care.
