Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute in Pittsburgh's North Hills is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and support a new leadership team focused on retention and engagement. Earn up to $44/hour with same-day pay and a range of benefits, including tuition repayment, multiple healthcare plans, 401(k) with match, and PRN options across eight facilities.

You will work under the DON to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards while growing professionally

Qualifications

• Active PA nursing license and current RN practice status.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with PCC (preferred).
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and local standards under DON supervision.
• Maintain documentation and care plans as required.
