What You’ll Do as a Nurse

• Care for patients with various illnesses in diverse facilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides.
• Take vitals, perform assessments, document, and report.
• Follow physician’s orders and assist with treatments.
• Administer medications, operate equipment, ensure safety.

Must-have Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Michigan (BSN not required).
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Clinical proficiency, critical thinking, communication, compassion.
