Position Overview

Fully qualified RNs with a minimum of 18 months of hospital RN experience may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $30,000! Full-time, part-time, and night shifts available.

At Saint Mary’s Hospital, we seek compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical Surgical/Ortho & Neuro unit. Our team provides comprehensive care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions, ensuring personalized and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

1. Continuous Assessment: Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, administer medications, and document progress.
2. Wound Care: Manage surgical incisions and provide wound care.
3. Patient Education: Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
4. Collaboration: Work with physicians and healthcare staff to monitor neurological, cognitive, motor, and sensory functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Connecticut.
• At least 18 months of RN experience.
• Current BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Work Schedule

• Full-time or Part-time

• 12-hour shifts
