Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license required.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resources.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.
