The position requires a Virginia RN license and at least three years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with OBRA/OSHA knowledge and computer proficiency. On-call duties are included with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory/administrative experience in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of OBRA/OSHA regulations; proficient with computers.

We are now taking applications for a full time RN Unit Manager in the Nursing and Rehab Center/Skilled.

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for providing the supervision of nursing care administered to the residents, and supervises the direct care staff, including both professional charge nurses and certified nursing assistants.

Must have a current Virginia RN license, three years of supervisory/administrative responsibility in a long-term care facility, knowledge of OBRA/OSHA regulations and computer proficiency skills. On call required.

Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
