RN UNIT MANAGER

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service in the facility on off shifts, evenings, nights, and must be able to work every 5th weekend.
  2. Work involves managing the care of facility residents from admission to discharge.
  3. Collaborate and coordinate with the resident, family members, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Use independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through team members.
  5. Manage IV Medications, Respiratory assessments, and treatments as well as pass medications as needed.

HOURS: 8.0 AND 12.0 HOUR SHIFTS, 7P - 7A EVENINGS AND OVERNIGHTS, SOME WEEKENDS.

NEEDS: FULL TIME AND PART TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE.

Job Type: Weekend Bailor

Salary: DOE

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7P-7A with every 5th weekend off.
