Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing needs, assist in hiring, and support team development.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and adherence to state/federal regulations.
• Address resident and family concerns and uphold resident rights.
• Mentor staff and participate in training programs, including Preceptor Training.
• Drive quality improvement and implement innovative care processes.
