Hickory Creek at Winamac is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Unit Manager on the long-term care unit. This full-time day-shift leadership role focuses on clinical operations, team development, and maintaining high-quality resident care.

The Unit Manager will lead licensed nurses and support staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster CARE values in daily practice across the unit. Indiana RN license required; prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities
