Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.

Responsibilities

• As an RN Unit Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You'll also have the chance to work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
