Accela Healthcare in Horsham, PA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develop care plans, and drive quality initiatives.

You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, mentor staff, and maintain precise unit records. A PA RN license and leadership experience are required, with a focus on compassionate, compliant care.

Qualificações

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN Unit Manager with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades
