Diversicare in Mississippi Eupora is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team in a busy long-term care center. You will provide clinical leadership, ensure resident needs are met, and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse; long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks and supervising nursing team members to optimize resident/patient experience.
