RN Job Description

As an RN at Greater Med Staffing, you will be responsible for providing quality and compassionate care to patients in various Nursing Homes. You will work with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients and their families. You will also use your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and ensure patient safety. Your main duties include:

• Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests

• Collecting and analyzing patient data

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures

• Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes

• Documenting and reporting patient information

• Educating patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and wellness

• Collaborating and communicating with other healthcare team members

• Supervising and mentoring LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff

• Participating in quality improvement and research activities

To be eligible for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• A valid RN license in the state of employment

• A BLS certification and other relevant certifications as required by the specialty or facility

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
