Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to all residents/patients.
• Ensure nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care.
• Provide in-service/staff development programs to meet nursing objectives and comply with regulations.
• Provide clinical expertise to facilitate nursing processes.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients/residents, staff and visitors.
• Supervise nursing personnel as directed by DON.
• Support nursing process and interventions for residents.
• Collaborate to promote high quality nursing care.
