American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Unit Manager (RN preferred) to oversee nursing care on an assigned unit. The role includes supervising licensed nurses and support staff, ensuring care aligns with standards and regulations, and maintaining compliance with federal and state requirements.

The Unit Manager will lead with compassion and accountability, mentor staff, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver resident-centered care in a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel delivering care on the unit.
