Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and patient care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in line with state and federal guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
