Job summary

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, PA, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the clinical team on the 6:45 AM–3:15 PM shift, Monday through Friday with rotating weekend/on-call as needed.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise RNs/LPNs/CNAs, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; mentor staff.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians and families.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Rotating weekend/on-call responsibilities as needed

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.

• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead a team while maintaining exceptional resident care.

• Knowledge of PointClickCare is a plus.
