Responsibilities of a RN Unit Manager:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to facility policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.

Qualifications of a RN Unit Manager:

  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a nursing home setting.
